Last year we recieved the Tile Light from the campaign on Kickstarter, the light is seriously impressive so when Blind Spot Gear launched a new campaign for the Tile Duo it was a no-brainer for us to get our hands on a set.
The Tile Duo arrived yesterday and they are made even more impressive than the solo light we've had for a while now due to the case they're supplied in; is just sublime.
The case is top quality and the interior is perfectly laid out as well, it's really very nice.
We also ordered a pair of the soft box options for the lights which will be very useful - the only complaint I have about these so far is that they don't fit in the case with the lights, they're just slightly too long.
We'll update the blog once we've got them going and are making good use of them alongside our existing Tile.
You can find more information on and buy the Tile light from the Blind Spot Gear website.
The Scorpion Light v2
Yesterday also saw the launch of the The Scorpion Light v2 by Blind Spot Gear on Kicksarter and I (Paul) am Backer Number 1 with the Scorpion Duo (Early bird).
We had looked at the Scorpion Light before and was impressed by both its versatility and functionality so when the campaign was launched it made sense to get on board with the updated units.
The case for the Scorpion Duo looks to be the same size and quality as the Tile Duo and the Quad option includes an impressive and rugged looking flight case.
The campaign has already met the £12,000 goal which is no surprise and runs until Sun, March 25.
You can back the The Scorpion Light v2 campaign here.
These alongside our current Tile lights are sure to bring impressive, adaptive and strategic lighting for our forthcoming projects.

We are in no way connected to, or affiliated with Blind Spot Gear and the lights we have have been bought by us. We just like their stuff!
